Recent Contracts wins for VFM
VFM has won some prestigious contracts in the last quarter;
which covers a total area of 03.19 million sq. feet. The details
of some of these key contracts are elaborated below
- Celebi Delhi Cargo Terminal Management Pvt Ltd (IGI Cargo Terminal) New Delhi: VFM has been nominated as an official FM Company to look after the new ‘state of the art’ Cargo Complex being built in at Indira Gandhi International Airport; New Delhi. The total size of the property is approx. one million sq. feet.
- Star Imaging and Path Labs; New Delhi: VFM has recently acquired this account to manage a chain of modern pathological/diagnostic centers across NCR region. This win again reinforces our dominance in the Medicare vertical.
- Tata Consultancy Services; Kolkata: VFM won the contract to manage TCS facility at Kolkata against a stiff competition from other IFM/IPCs. This marks the entry of VFM in TCS. VFM expects that this relationship would grow rapidly in future.
- Paper Products; Mumbai: VFM has forayed into Industrial FM space through acquisition of this business. We expect more Industrial FM projects in Western Region after this.
- Ganpathy Textiles; Coimbatore: Our Chennai Branch has now entered the Coimbatore market by winning this contract. Our client is a reputed textile manufacturer in Coimbatore and we hope to grow our branch office in city post this win.
