improve service standards whenever required. FSIP guarantees

Training
We have a team of TRAINERS who move across our client locations to
impart training. Training need is accessed through a training
audit process which is continuous in nature. VFM internally
publishes a detailed training calendar such that all our branches
& our employees are appraised on the frequency & training topics.
We have also institutionalized a training assessment &
appraisal process which evaluates effectiveness of our training
and its impact on skills and knowledge enhancement for our
