Parikshit heads Vipul Facility Management as Managing Director- Support Services
of the company.
He is a graduate mechanical engineer
with over 26 years of experience in both multinational and
Indian corporations in strategic business management functions.
He also has a post graduate diploma in business management from
a reputed institute in India.
He has an exposure in various signature real
estate and infrastructure projects around the world especially
in S. E. Asia, Middle East and US. He is a member of The
Indian Society for Heating, Refrigeration and Air-conditioning
Engineers (ISHRAE), ASHRAE, US and IFMA –US. He has been
recently included in the 2007 edition of ‘Who’s who of the
world’ journal in US. He has also published numerous papers in
India and abroad in the area of sustainable development, energy
management and facility and asset management services.
He has handled cross section of strategic
functions in the field of electro- mechanical services, building
automation and controls, asset management for both commercial
and industrial applications.
